He received a BA in Computer Science from Princeton University and recently completed the MBA program at Arizona State. I am married (Chandice) with 2 kids, ages 3 (Jaxton) and 1 (Madden). Josh is a sports nut and can be found playing softball several nights a week. Oh and he threw the javelin in college, so…that’s pretty cool.
Cassidie is the Assistant Director of Events and the Accounts Manager for Gluten Free Calendar.
She makes sure the events go smoothly for the vendors and takes care of all of the accounts.
In addition to working, Cassidie enjoys spending time with her two favorite guys; her husband Nathan who runs The Land of Meat and Honey a Utah based company, specializing in All Natural and Organic meats and honey, and their son McKayd who is full of energy and the love of their lives! Cassidie and her family enjoy humanitarian work within their church, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Cassidie figured out about her sophomore year of high school (2005) that a gluten free diet was not just a good idea but a vital one. After going gluten free Cassidie was able to receive her Associates Degree before graduating high school. She also received a 1 year Business Degree from Snow College and Utah Valley University. She used the degree working for the nationally know brand “Granny B’s Cookies”. (Not a GF Brand) It was here she knew that she had a mission to do something gluten free. To help those with celiac disease miss out on nothing life has to offer.
